1. The site & its content

The site is operated by Dr. Linus Akali Nwakaline as part of his gospel evangelization ministry. All text, music, sermons, books, images, and design on the site are either owned by Dr. Akali or licensed for use. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from the site without written permission.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account password safe. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately and we'll help you secure it.

3. Purchases & downloads

Digital purchases (eBooks, music, sermons) are delivered to your library after payment is confirmed by Stripe. Books linked to Amazon are sold and delivered by Amazon under their own terms.

Refunds: Because digital products are delivered instantly and can't be "returned", purchases are generally final. If you received the wrong file or experienced a technical issue, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

4. Donations & monthly support

Donations are gifts to the ministry — they're not in exchange for goods or services, and are non-refundable (except in case of obvious processing errors). Monthly subscriptions ("Friends of the Outreach") renew automatically until you cancel via the Stripe billing portal in your account. You can cancel anytime; you won't be charged for the next month after cancellation.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't use the site to:

• Resell or redistribute the digital files you've purchased
• Attempt to bypass payment, authentication, or any technical control
• Post content that's unlawful, hateful, or impersonates someone

6. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is". We work hard to keep everything running, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the site beyond the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when. If the change is material, we'll notify account holders by email.
